FAQ
Q.Is floor heating a problem?+
A. You can use it with floor heating. In some cases, floor heating may take longer to warm up, so please ask your coordinator.
Q.Can it be done in a rental?+
A. Yes. You can choose a method that lays over your current floor without adhesive. At move-out, it is removed and the unit returns to its original condition.
Q.Can it be done with furniture in the room?+
A. Furniture can stay where it is. We move it ourselves, so you do not need to clear the room. Only if you have large furniture, please let us check with a photo in advance.
Q.Is it OK to have pets at home during installation?+
A. It is fine as long as they can move to a room we are not working in. You do not need to leave them with us. If you leave us the keys, we can also proceed while you are away.
Q.What hours do you work?+
A.We also work on weekends and holidays. If you have preferred days or times, please tell us during the consultation.
Q.How long does it take?+
A. Installation usually takes one day. We will tell you the days needed for your room during the consultation.
