3. Visit and estimateWe visit with samples, measure the room and prepare an estimate.

4. Contract and installationOnce you sign, we move on to installation. Installation takes about one week. From consultation to completion, about one month is a guide.

Answers to common questions, from renting and installation to move-out.
Q.Can it be done with furniture in the room?+
A. Yes. We move the furniture ourselves. If you have large furniture, please let us check with a photo in advance.
Q.Is floor heating a problem?+
A. You can use it with floor heating. In some cases, floor heating may take longer to warm up, so please ask your coordinator.
Q.How much does removal at move-out cost?+
A. If you use renovy again next time, removal is free. Otherwise, it is available for a fee. We tell you the cost in advance.
Q.What if it does not return to its original state?+
A. If adhesive is left behind or the original floor comes off with it, or anything else caused solely by the installation, renovy takes responsibility for repair and restoration. We also handle talking with your property manager. Problems caused by how it is used or by the living environment are not covered.
Q.How long does it last?+
A. The material itself lasts three years or more. It varies with how you live and the environment. For tile-type flooring, damaged spots can be replaced free, up to 5 tiles.
Q.How many days does it take from the free consultation?+
A. Many customers go from consultation to completion in about one month. It varies with room size and stock, so tell us if you have a preferred time.
Q.Can I go out while the work is being done?+
A. Of course. If you leave us the keys, we can also work while you are away on the day.
